MyDesignBySnap is committed to your satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of your order.
- If your print job is incorrect through no fault of yours, you can choose to have us reprint the job or give you a refund. We may ask you for a fax, scan or sample so we can see the problem, and we may ask you to return the flawed print job at our expense.
- If your print job is delayed more than 5 days (if you're picking up at a nearby Snap centre) or more than 10 days (if we are shipping your print job to you), then you will receive a full refund and you keep your order.
- If your shipment is lost entirely, we will both replace it and give you a full refund.
If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within 30 days by contacting us through our support service. If you have a problem with an order you picked up from a local centre, you can contact them directly as well.
